If you’re ever in a spot of bother at your HOME or OFFICE, we have people ready and waiting for your summons.
All Barker Policies include the 24/7 Barker Assist Service, and this Assist service goes way beyond that of your vehicle. Our Home and Office Assist applies to Domestic Contents or Building, or your Commercial Office or Building noted on your Barker Policy.
You are covered for the following service providers in the case of emergency*:
- Electrician
- Plumber
- Locksmith
- Glazier
*Emergencies are defined as an event that is potentially life threatening or could potentially cause structural damage to a property.
Home and Office Assist also include Public Emergency services i.e., Notifying SAPS, traffic, ambulance, and fire brigade services.
In terms of Home Gadgets, we refer you to service providers for home appliance repairs and services.
Please note that an annual limit of R2,000 per policy applies, and maintenance related issues are, unfortunately, not covered.
