I have spent my entire working life in Short Term Claims starting with the then Legal and General Insurance company before commencing work with Barker Insurance in 1978. I was promoted to Claims Manager 9 years later.

I thrive in challenging situations and have developed valuable relationships over the years with Attorneys, Insurers and Specialized suppliers.

The aspect of my position that I enjoy most is interacting with and being a service to our clients. I, together with my claims team, have nurtured many solid relationships where clients have absolute confidence
and trust that, on submitting a claim, they will receive an unsurpassable service.

I am an inveterate reader of both fact and fiction. Writing is a most enjoyable hobby for me and I have written and had published two fiction novels – one more in progress.
