Lily joined in 1978 and leads the claims team. Now based in Australia, she’s still known as the Barker voice. She loves walking, reading, and time with her sisters.

Albert joined Barker in 1979 and is a trusted motor windscreen specialist and assessor. He’s a veteran team member with a sharp eye, deep insight, and a polished look. Passionate about sport and a lively political debate, Albert brings experience and presence to every interaction.

Tessa joined Team Barker in 1992 and heads up HR with care and sharp intuition. Known for her unmatched attention to detail – and the best nose in the business – she ensures the team is well supported and clients are paid promptly. She’s the reason things get done right, and on time.

Pilet joined Barker in 1996 and is the office spark – always joking, helping, and brewing the best cappuccinos around. He’s a proud grandpa, family man, and dedicated pastor. His humour, warmth, and care make the office lighter and the people around him better.

Stanley, or ‘Stan the Man’, has been with Barker since 1996. He delivers gifts and packages to clients with his trademark smile. He’s a proud football fan and loves time with his family.

Sally has been part of Barker since 1998. She manages events, marketing, and compliance. She brings warmth and structure to everything she does and enjoys time outdoors with family and pets.

Kim joined Barker in 2000. She manages personal insurance and all fleet-related work. Known as the team’s go-to for everything, Kim loves time in the bush, binge-watching series, and cheering her kids on at sport.

Louise has been part of Team Barker since 2006. From capturing memories behind the lens to running our socials, there’s nothing she can’t do. A personal insurance pro and 50-time blood donor, she’s adored and essential. Off duty? She’s trail running, bush exploring, or planning her next great escape.

Roscoe joined Barker in 2007 and leads the Commercial team. Known for his charisma, warmth, and leadership, he’s respected by colleagues and loved by clients. A bush adventurer, sports enthusiast, and family man, he proudly represents Barker with heart, humour, and unwavering dedication.

Deon joined in 2008 and handles claims with professionalism. Music is always nearby – he’s often humming or singing. He mentors a choir at his church and brings quiet joy to the team.

Ana joined Barker in 2014. She’s the friendly voice at reception, always warm and professional. She enjoys shopping, gardening, reading, and spending time with her grandkids and family.

Sandra heads up Barker’s London Office and has been part of the team since 2012. Despite the distance, her presence is always felt. She’s known for her sharp wit, work ethic, and humour. She enjoys hiking, biking, and running for causes close to her heart.

Matthew joined Team Barker in 2016. He’s the in-house coffee connoisseur, a competitive spirit at the foosball or table tennis table, and a Commercial Insurance professional who dots every “i” and crosses every “t.” Determined, precise, and always striving for the best in everything he does.
