OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH HOLLARD     We have a unique personal insurance scheme underwritten exclusively by Hollard Insurance Company Limited where we cover mainly vehicles, motor bikes, trailers, caravans, boats, household contents, personal effects away from home, houses/buildings etc.

Our partnership with Hollard goes back to May 1986. Over this period together we have developed an insurance Scheme which offers a uniquely packaged product in all respects where the clients benefit from our state of the art administration systems, super fast & fair claims settlement, personal touch and attention to detail.

CRITERIA FOR INSURING ON OUR PERSONAL INSURANCE SCHEME

• All policies are sold as a package including Motor, household contents and all risks as a minimum requirement.
• Adequate vehicle security is of paramount importance.
• Your house alarm must be connected to a 24 hour armed reaction company.
• The minimum household contents sum insured is R500,000.00
• You must be over the age of 25 to join as a client.
• A risk survey has to be conducted at your home where we also discuss your specific insurance needs.
• A questionnaire confirming a good claims history has to be signed and approved.
  

NO CLAIMS BONUS REFUND OF PREMIUM TO CLIENTS     A First!! - giving back to those clients who never claim.

In November 1995 we arranged to send “NO CLAIMS BONUS CHEQUES” to clients who had not claimed in the previous 12 months. Since starting this scheme we have paid out 3772 clients a total of R1,190,453.00 in cash bonuses.

OUR RATES ARE AMONGST THE LOWEST     We constantly monitor insurance rates available in the market place and due to our careful selection of clients we have always been able to deliver a world class product at below market rates.
